Can I bring a plus one?
Though we love a big party, we have made an effort to fill the event with only friends and family. Please check your invitation to confirm how many seats we have reserved in your honour.
Can I take pictures?
We ask guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony; we have hired an amazing photographer to document the event, and will make photos available to all guests once they are ready. After the ceremony, please take as many photos as you’d like!
What should we wear?
We ask you wear semi-formal attire and avoid white. There will be lawn games and many gravel areas, so we recommend platform or non-heeled shoes.
Will the bar be cash only?
Each guest will receive two drink tickets. Additional drink tickets can be purchased by card or cash.
Is there a hotel block?
We have not reserved a hotel block for this event.
Will there be onsite parking?
Yes, there are multiple parking areas. For most guests, we ask you park in the first field coming up the driveway, before the reception tents. There are two additional gravel parking lots for guests requiring mobility assistance and vendors: one immediately beside the reception tents, and one beside the garden.
Is smoking allowed?
Yes, tobacco, cannabis, and vaping are allowed on site in the designated smoking area between the gravel parking lot and reception area.
What’s this about on site camping?
Bring your tent, trailer, or hammock and keep the party going all night long! Beside the reception area we have a huge space reserved for guests spending the night on site. There are indoor bathrooms available with one shower stall, so we do recommend coming mostly ready.
